Marneisha Walker’s passion for cosmetology began in high school, where taking a cosmetology course unknowingly shaped her future. Two years after graduating, she realized the value of her skills and obtained her cosmetology license, which she has held for 14 years. Her trade has not only supported her family but has taken her beyond her dreams.

Marneisha has managed multiple salons, transforming them from mid-range to high-volume businesses. She currently operates her own salon while collaborating as a partner in MSM Sisters Act, LLC. She also mentors stylists and braiders in client acquisition and retention strategies.

Her belief is that anyone can learn life-shaping skills, but as a business owner, enhancing those skills is at the heart of what MSM Sisters Act, LLC is all about.

SACHET

Co-Founder

Sachet is a licensed salon owner, founder of a non-profit organization, and partner of MSM Sisters Act, LLC. Her path to success began right out of high school when she was selected by the owner of nine McDonald’s franchises to process payroll for 500 employees. She learned that through hard work, she could acquire the skills needed to succeed. After moving to Texas, she transitioned into a recruiting role in HR, where her experiences prepared her for the businesses she operates today.

As a partner of MSM Sisters Act, LLC, Sachet combines her life lessons, training, and education. In just one year, the company doubled its sales, staff, and efficiency, showcasing her strong leadership. Committed to providing jobs in the community, mentoring teens, and enhancing workforce confidence, Sachet continues to grow and develop her leadership with the support of her family, partners, and community.

Marnek Walker has been a licensed cosmetologist in Texas for over eight years. Her expertise began to flourish while working as a District Coordinator with Regis Corporation, where she conducted development classes for aspiring hairstylists. This experience ignited a deeper passion for the beauty industry, leading her to focus on improving underperforming salons. Through a combination of excellent customer service and sales strategies, she stabilized multiple salons. Today, Marnek applies the skills she has gained to help manage MSM Sisters Act, LLC, alongside her partners, driving growth and operational success.
